We want families to feel deeply cared for and listened to, we want families to feel safe in our care and feel that we will go above and beyond to give them what they want, without being driven by profit or outdated methodologies.

Our purpose is to help families prepare for the eventuality of dying, to give them the opportunity to speak openly about it and help each other in preparing and supporting each other through the process.We want to help make conversations about death and dying more commonplace.We believe in the ripple effect and that all we do will grow into making a larger positive impact on all those we cross paths with.

We believe the impact of avoidance is great and makes each persons passing harder for all involved, we believe that by bringing conversations about death and dying into the light will help communities on many different levels. We also believe that every life is different and so it makes sense that every celebration of a life could be different, we strive to enable families to celebrate individuality and to celebrate in a way to help them celebrate, heal and grieve in their way.

We live and work on Awabakal and Worimi land, now known as the Hunter Region of New South Wales, ranging from Wollombi in the west, to the Lower Hunter River to the north, Newcastle and Port Stephen to the east and Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast in the south.I am able to travel beyond this area un request and also have many other independent Funeral Directors who I trust to recommend

We come prepared for most circumstances, with fold up tables with covers, a battery operated PA system with 4 wireless clip on microphones. With access to your play lists, we look after the music, with both soft and hard copies of all speeches and a laptop and cables to connect to venue screens for visual tributes. Décor items are also available on request.

Paulina is a NSW Justice of the Peace in the state of NSW and has studied and continues to study with multiple funeral and end-of-life care training organisations and business including, Rose training, Funeral Fix, The Natural Death Care Centre and Picaluna. With a small business consulting and accredited training background of over 20 years, studying in the areas of project management, entrepreneurship, innovation leadership and managing innovation, WHS and risk management and Mental Health First Aid, she is fortunate to have had the pleasure in assisting many people throughout the community from all walks of life, to identify their life goals and then enable and inspire them to achieve them. Using her empathetic, authentic, trustworthy and professional approach Paulina leads and guides deliberately, fostering relationships and building trust, confidence and a safe space.
